Whenever you switch from one doctor, with whom you have a great relationship, to another, it's always strange. I've been going to Dr. Shapiro for over 20 years and have ALWAYS been happy with his care. I found Dr. Ng to be VERY thorough (almost exhausting). He took the time to really get to know me as a patient, and he took the time to explain everything that he was doing and thinking. I kind of thought that the name "Incredible Eye Care" was not right, but this guy has got it right.

Don't get me wrong, I have also enjoyed Dr. Shapiro's experience over the years too. I just switched my son over to this office and am so glad I did. My name is Karla, and I love to go to Incredible Eye Care! I started a therapy called Ortho K, which is a treatment that you sleep with contacts during the night time and can see throughout the whole day. I am so happy that I began doing this therapy! I can see 20/20 vision the whole day. I was very excited when I could see from the back of my classroom with no contacts or glasses on! Also Doctor Ng and all of the workers at Incredible Eye Care were extremely nice and helpful to me. Overall Incredible Eye Care is terrific and has introduced me to an amazing eye treatment!
